Through research in bioprospecting of local and regional flora, the aim is to apply technology, transform, and create products and foods produced in the BATIS agroecological garden. This is done using certified techniques and scientific methodologies that allow for the standardization of manufacturing, packaging, storage, and distribution processes for the products, with strict quality controls to ensure that our products retain their properties and health benefits, directly from Mother Earth.
